About us
Our story has a unique and humble start and has won the hearts of many customers from Philly. I first started out in the markets working for a farm at vibrant farmers markets, selling organic hot dogs and fresh produce on the weekends. I loved cooking on the griddle and the buzz of meeting new people, speaking to them while cooking for them. I also always dreamed of swapping the hot dogs for steak. Therefore, after gaining enough experience and researching the offerings that would allow me to cook on the griddle as much as possible, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches was the way! Our unique selling proposition is that we source from ‘field to plate’, the highest quality rib-eye steak for our cheesesteak sandwiches, using freshly baked rolls from an award winning, highly rated local bakery. ‘Now you don’t have to travel all the way to Philadelphia to endulge in a real Philly cheesesteak!’.
