About us
My love for griddle cooking began at farmers’ markets with a Leicestershire-based farm, cooking and serving fresh, locally sourced food. It was there I learned the craft, the energy of the markets, and developed a real passion for cast-iron griddle cooking.
While sausages were where it all began, I’ve always been a steak lover at heart — ribeye being my ultimate favourite. Swapping sausages for thinly sliced ribeye that cooked in seconds was a revelation, and one I later realised mirrored the origins of the Philly cheesesteak itself.
This is my story. Authentic Philly cheesesteaks, served across the London and UK’s largest festivals.
